If you want to go to pattaya with a budget price.

You can go to the mini bus station at BTS Victory monument. Each mini bus carries around 15 people. To Pattaya is around 100B per person. Take a local minibus around 20b, the driver will drop you at your hotel.

I recommend Sunshine Hotel in Pattaya. It is a 3 stars girl friendly hotel. There is an in room safety box and you can keep your personal valuable there.

I stayed in Manhanthan Hotel before in Soi 15 which is a 3 stars hotel and it costs around 3xx dollars. It is so so. How much will you offer for 1 day?

Your friend's hotel is around 300-400 minutes from your hotel. They are all located at a walking distance to BTS Asok area. Your hotel is closer to theBTS Asok and the shopping Centre Terminal 21. You can walk 1 minute to the Soi cowboy from your hotel entrance and around 5-10 minutes from your hotel to Thamae Cafe.
