I seldom write report but just am a free-rider in this forum. However I found there is not much information about Seoul except for清涼里. I believe majority of Chings who have played in Seoul, the normal places they visit should be 清涼里, however these days I found it no fun there as they normally ask for 100,000won for 20 minutes if you are foreigners, like myself HongKongese but it shall be 70,000won. Maybe because of too many Chings have visited there hence they raise price now. As a result starting from 2013 I switched to another place for similar “Glass Houses” but which to me is definitely BETTER. Anyway this time I would like to introduce another type which you may find it interested.
Due to the reason of work, I have to frequently travel to Seoul. This enables me having chance to explore night life at Seoul. With clients I have been several karaoke with girls, but what I have to say is that which were not very funny. Maybe because of language or what, I just found it not very thorough.
Many Chings should have tried “Naked Karaoke” in CP/CA, I was so lucky to try such Karaoke at Seoul, in Korean it is something pronounced like “Gimme Giveme” = “Dirty Dance”. Overall the duration would be around 1.5 hours. Right after 10 minutes the girls you picked would be naked. They would make some dance to put off their clothes and use beer/alcohol to wash their balls and let you drink that beer/alcohol. And till the last 20 minutes, they would then help you to “Hit J”. If you want to try something different from 清涼里, you may find this is an alternative. I do believe there are many of karaoke offering this, but I just haven’t been there before. The place I visited is quite near to Myeong-dong, it is called Bukchang-dong.
For the costs, it is not that expensive, the more ppl joining the cheaper it is. It is a packaged price for alcohol, nuts, tissues, girls, etc. If you visit urself, it would be 300,000won, for 2 ppl, it would then be 400,000won, 3ppl 500,000 …… 10,000 – 20,000 won more for the tips to waiters.
P.S. There are no Chinese songs at their karaoke system, you can choose Korean, English, Japanese songs only. The girls and store manager can speak simple english.
