There is a Red Light District in Tijuana, Mexico and it has a lot of California residents travel there for fun because it is very close. However, it is not as safe as the U.S., so it is better to travel with friend than individually.
Anyway, after crossing the U.S.-Mexico border, we hop on a taxi and tell the driver "Hong Kong" (they will know where to go because Hong Kong Gentlemen club is the most famous strip club there). Taxi fee is USD$5 + $1 for tip. You will see a lot of street girls around the area. If you like them, you can take them upstairs for around $25-35 for 1Q (Weekend the street girls usually ask for more).
We went inside HK club. Most girls are cute but don’t speak English. You have to let the waiter knows what you want. Beer and other drinks are usually USD$4 + $1 tip. Drinks with Volka is $8. Lady drink is $8 +$1 tip. The girl will eventually ask you to take her upstairs for service. She will usually ask for $80 or $100 for 1Q. You should not offer more than $60 unless you are rich. I have spoke with a white guy there and he usually pays only USD$40. There is another $16 for the hotel fee.

Overall, this is a fun place to go once in awhile. It is definitely cheaper than U.S.. You can also get some hot and young Latinas here. Also, google their website for coupons. You can also do the VIP room option USD$90, which gives you 1 hour in a private room of a girl of your choice and drink fees are included. What happens depend on how open the girl you pick. When travel back to U.S., leave between 11pm to 4am because there is a long line at the border. Good luck and have fun!
