When I tested them during conversation in a popular apps, my observations are:
They were willing to take photos of the hotel room, or scenery outside the room
but most of them are reluctant to take photo of herself inside the room.
One of the HGs pretended to send me her real photo taken instantly inside the hotel room but the photo sent to me was indeed a photo after PS with some shadow on her chest at which the girl even was not aware this.
My conclusion is:
There are girls in the hotels
but photos are probably faked, no such girl inside the room
if you go, someone will probably tell you a story why your targeted girl is not available, and assign you an alternative!
