香港本地產紅酒---舢舨

甘啱系網上雜貨店睇到有本地釀既紅酒, 牌子叫: URBAN PROJECT, 有3紅1白, 分別系舢舨, 啟德 和纜車, 白酒就叫人力車.  我就買左舢舨同啟德試下.

Grape: cab franc 60% +Merlot 40%
year: 2011
appear.: ruby-->garnet with legs
nose: medium -->medium+ (v. good). pretty youthful with potential to develop further (not much though).
palate: dry with medium body and tannin, little bit more acidiic (m+).  Complex flavors like blackfruits and red fruits, pretty fresh vegetal notes with touch of graphite and chalk. little bit bell pepper like spiciness.  midium- finish

conclusion: good wine indeed, complex and balance with good reasonable pirce. excellent daily wine.

唔係對香港酒冇信心  而係香港氣候唔適宜釀酒囉  就算用空調控制  基本水質都成問題

$190算平。以外國運葡萄來港，不論是乾/汁/乾加汁。都唔係小數目。因為個moq問題。計埋設備。其實賣2-300先係有肉食.
