Most of the Korean AAMP need reference but few of them will accept new client if you are Asian... you can text them and try your luck

Is crazy..  I suggest to stay away from Chinese agencies for a while - Dangerous from multiple directions: Cops and Criminals

I don't think Korean agencies are safer.  
Some  Korean organizations have much bigger network, which could be an easy target for the cop

Korean org are definitely safer. They operate within the realm of the normal operation and generally do not cause trouble. Unless there is a federal type operation in which NOBODY will be safe.

Fucking chinese org has murder(as indicated in this post), neighbor complain and uncaring attitude that cause much attention. Also the foot traffic is much higher for chinese org, most guys go for 30 min instead of 1hr.
