1. coupon mainly save on ferry tickets, service wise you get some lounge service free (1~2) depending on sauna.

2. yes you can use any major cards, thou there will be a service charge, normally 2~3% for visa master, and 5% for AMEX

3. Both east start group locations will do themed sessions thou east castle spa has batter rooms. I believe 18 and rio also has some themes but not 100% sure on those locations going in 2 weeks to check.
