It looks like shanghai in the old day, however, the only concerns hat I am having right now is the gov policy and the currency depreciations.

It seems to me that it is a good area to buy, but in order to make money or not, it is difficult to say, plus, I could use it for vocation house or have fun with locate girls. Lol



By the way, do anyone know the following is real or not?

小弟是3/27-4/1
是agoda訂的，所以我有發信詢問我的越南女朋友能不能過夜
回覆是可以的
但他要先進到lobby再到大樓電梯
就不知道晚上lobby的安保會不會擋
但他也提供地下停車場出租
換言之如果我今天開車下停車場沒經過lobby也不會被擋呀
所以我覺得他大樓在這塊可能還好
反正電梯卡只能到你的樓層
寫那些應該是基於免責

你可以訂一晚試試，因為icon56是15年落成的大樓
整體環境不錯而且房價不高

在4郡過河就到市中心
似乎都是遊客在住

是呀，三房公寓100平方米一晚才100出頭USD，roof swimming pool、gym、mini market，在agoda訂的，發信問是否能帶越南女友回去過夜回覆是可以，屋主應該是不管，但大樓保安不知道會不會擋。

無錯，四郡及一郡只系隔一條河，好似五郡及八郡亦只系一河之隔，但就好似二個世界。地價亦差天同地。如果有試過訂四及八郡酒店，你都知價錢平好多。我自已從未認真去研究越南地産市場。以我知道，如果你不是越南藉，並不是任何地方都可買樓。政府只批某些單位給外國人買。但近年來是否有變，我不清楚。

買來渡假兼當日租應該ok
