I've been lurking here for a year and wanted to give back to the community.
In 2017, I've been to Macau about 15 times and in the process went to 4 specific saunas.
- RIO x 3
- ONE x 5
- HM (豪門) x 4
- EAST CASTLE (東堡) x 2
There are already a lot of great information here so I'll try to focus it on the "overall experience" from a non-Cantonese POV. Meaning I always sleep overnight at the sauna and stay for at least 10 to 12 hrs.
If some of the information I provide are wrong, please feel free to correct me.

FACILITY (POOL & LOUNGE) :
1. ONE
Extremely new and spacious. It has a large pool where you can watch a gigantic TV. The lounge area is very clean. It has some privacy as some lounge chairs are "well-hidden". Smoking allowed.
2. RIO
Also very clean and a bit bigger than ONE. No smoking allowed for people that hates the smell. The reason it's not 1st is because you can't charge your phone at the lounge chairs and instead there is a "charging station".
3. EAST CASTLE
Has by far the best facility where each shower has its own sink & mirror unlike the other 3 where the sink & mirror area is shared. But it's very small., the pool is basically the size of 3 bathtubs and the resting area is a bit crowded.
4. HM
Size is similar to ONE in terms of both the pool and resting area but much older but still clean. The WiFi here really sucks. Everybody smokes in the lounge so it's pretty hard to sleep.

SLEEPING AREA (BUNK BEDS) :
1. EAST CASTLE
The best beds with a soft mattress. Approximately 40 beds in total. Best sleeping quality by far.
2. HM
Large sleeping area with roughly 40 beds. The mattress is pretty hard. You can ask management for an individual room but there are no gurantees. Best bet is after 3AM.
3. ONE
The beds are better than HM but there are maybe 15 beds in total. So they are gone fast.
4. RIO
There are no bunk beds. If you are lucky, you can get an individual room to sleep by asking the management after 3AM (or just get a full-body massage after 3AM and you can most likely stay in the room afterwards).

Best looking overall. Mostly Mainland Chinese with 4 or 5 Koreans, 1 or 2 Japanese, 1 or 2 Caucasian. QTY : 15 ~ 20.
2. RIO
Best looking white girls of the bunch. Mostly Mainland Chinese with 3 or 4 Koreans, 2 or 3 Caucasian. QTY : 15 ~ 20.
3. HM
Mostly Mainland Chinese with 3 or 4 Koreans, 1 or 2 Japanese, 2 or 3 Caucasian. QTY : 10 ~ 15.
4. ONE
Only place with Vietnamese models. Mostly Mainland Chinese with 4 or 5 Vietnamese, 3 or 4 Koreans, 2 or 3 Caucasian. QTY : 10 ~ 15

Most variety and quantity. Mostly Chinese & Vietnamese. There are also 1 or 2 Mongolian & black girls. QTY : 10 ~ 15

Mostly Mainland Chinese & Vietnamese. There are also 1 or 2 Thai. QTY : 10 ~ 12
3. EAST CASTLE
All Mainland Chinese . QTY : 8 ~ 10
4. RIO
Mainland Chinese & Vietnamese. QTY : 5 ~ 8

THIGH MASSAGE (大腿筋) :
1. HM
Best looking girls. Private rooms only. Girls will offer HJ for 5 to 7 sessons. Sex is $5000 if I remember correctly. Of course the prices vary greately depending on your interactin with the girl.
2. ONE
Girls are very attractive. Can be done in public or private rooms. In private, girls will offer HJ for 6 to 8 sessons. BJ for 8 to 10 sessons. Sex is $6000 officially.
3. EAST CASTLE
Girls are very attractive. Can be done in public or private rooms. Private rooms are only available if you book a minimum of 2 sessions. That's $800!. Some girls will offer HJ with no extra charge in private.
4. RIO
Public area only. The girls are not as attractive as the other 3 saunas.

Managers : 4/5, Waiters : 4/5, 師傅功 Providers : 4/5. Note: Nothing to complain about.
2. EAST CASTLE
Managers : 3/5, Waiters : 4/5, 師傅功 Providers : 4/5. Note : Nothing to complain about. The managers are kind of mean to the staff though.
3. RIO
Managers : 2/5, Waiters : 4/5, 師傅功 Providers : 4/5. Note : 師傅功 are kind of pushy and 1 manager even ask for tips.
4. HM
Managers : 2/5, Waiters : 3/5, 師傅功 Providers : 4/5 Note : It's good if you like peace & quiet because hardly any 師傅功 will bother you. Managers not too friendly.

2. ONE
Good : 雞軟骨. Avoid : None
3. EAST CASTLE
Good : 海南雞飯. Avoid : None

I don't want to do an overall ranking since everyone's priority is different. For example, I'm a big fan of thigh massage in private rooms where I can have a nice chit-chat with the girl. That is why I mostly go to ONE and HM.
In 2018 I am planning to try out 金池 & 極品. Does anyone know any other sauna that provides great thigh massage in private rooms?
