樂天峯, 12 樂活道

Appledaily, (2010) 樂天峯坐落於樂活道,毗鄰比華利山及樂翠台,單是位處傳統豪宅地段這賣點,已引起區內換樓客注意。該物業雖為單幢設計,但標準單位全為三房戶設計,面積約1,600方呎,加上發展商合和以現樓推盤,並於現場搭建示範單位,吸引力大增。

入場費3550萬
物業自設住客會所,不少單位近望跑馬地馬場及香港大球場景,部分高層單位可遠望維港海景。樂天峯已於賣地後數天正式發售,首批單位入場費3,550萬元。

樂天峯首日售四伙
昨上午十一時開售的樂天峯,開售前半小時已有十數名準買家到場,消息指出,截至昨日傍晚已售出4伙,作價3,550萬至3,665萬元,另消息稱發展商接受買家出價洽購高層戶。

合和發言人稱,該盤過去三日接獲逾1,500人次預約參觀示範單位,而售樓處昨人流不絕,惟首推的6伙銷情,需待今日確認後才公布。Even buying these extremely expensive apartments-you still have to wait...!

Personally, I think it is an excellent location--(need to have a car or taxi to Causeway bay, 5-10 mins) and the environment (Broadwood road is mostly residential, and on the hill-so fresh air....and not many cars...)Many Kowloon apartments have Victoria harbour seaview, but very rarely have both (Happy valley race course & a bit of victoria harbour sea view).....but 30K per square.....one can dream of...

The plan is good, the design of the elevation is nicely treated.
Actually, the designer of this project is a man really keen on doing good design and he did won the runner up of West Kolwoon Rdevelopment Scheme decades ago (the one won by Foster with his skylight scheme), and he's the son of 前政務司廖本懷.

I did a brief introduction to this building in a previous game I made here.

To be honest c-hing, even if we win 五千萬六合彩的話, we still shouldn't buy this....Because...you Need money to spend for your daily life....so if you have already spent 45M on this, you only left with around 5M to spend for your whole life ( it may seems a lot now...but once you have won a lottery, you lifestyle will change...)!.

personally, I think this is for 'self-enjoyment'  =-=! as the view is really nice ( personal opinion).

Well... in chinese, they say '' if you have a dream, anything can happen'

if you won a 70M lottery like the guy from Pakistan, then spending 45M on an apartment is OK, as you can still use 20-30M to invest in other properties

Again..just my very imaginative  ideas...

呢个盘唔系永久景。前面跑马地D楼可以重建,低层未来会无晒view,变楼望楼。

Yes the back of happy vally can be re-generation but perhapa after 10 yrs or so?
