I personally think hsbc then standard charterd•• tell by their staff appeearence. Lol whar u guys think？

service should be hsbc and scb. but they are definitely not the ones with the lowest fees. i happen to think anz has very low charges. but the staff there are all on99.

HSBC - 本身太多客戶，排隊時間長，信用卡優惠不算多
恆生 - 老字號、香港人有信心，職員較有耐心
Citi - 近十年在香港很進取，主打年青人市場，信用卡及服務不停進步
中銀 - RMB 產品及樓按最好

In terms of customer service it would still be Hang Seng although the staff do not pose as good as the others.

HSBC/中銀太多人, service 一般. Commercial 會好di.
恒生service ok. Commercial 一般般.
