官司每一單的情況都唔同,唔可以攞來相提並論,上到法庭,最主要係睇吓你的證供可否令法官相信,以你的case,其他的人證變得好重要,法官唔會因為你係女仔而信你多d,時間相隔太耐係弱點,容易受被告律師攻撀的地方.結論:個人睇法:請你三思而後行.

of course you can
but can you recall all the facts?
are there any witness?
how long did he touch you?
these are thing you need to consider
of course you can make a report to police but hard to say about the outcome

As there was no witness, it may be unwise to report to the Police unless you would really just to make it published.  Don't go near that man again.  If he comes near you, be prepared and act promptly
