When my mother was still living me, she always go to travel with her friends.  They usually booked their own tour with the travel agency.  From Harbin Sanya, from Canada to Argentina. from Russia to South Africa.  However, the average age of the tou members is 65.  Therefore, the guide from HK and the local guide must be strong young men.  Although the schedule must be very relax, the workload of the guides were heavy.  They should take care the 20 senior customers very very careful with their warm hearts.

She enjoyed a lot of good time in senior tours in her last ten years.  In fact, the Hong Kong tour guide is now a successful senior management in hsi travel  agency company and no need to be a guide.  

Hospitality  from heart is the must for success.
