Newer hotels are all like that. The older hotels have much bigger rooms. I have stayed The Barclays and Marriott Marquis where my room was like 800 sqft. That's not even a suite. Before 911 I had stayed at Marriott WTC and was upgrade to a duplex suite.

Base on experience I can tell you that sex is better at the window of a suite overlooking the river.
