Where do you guys buy mobile phone in HK all the time?
Like Fortress or Broadway?

Or normal mobile shops?

Depends...if you buy from Fortress or Broadway...you may need to buy contract. If just the phone, buying from the big retailers will be expensive and best to buy from normal mobile shops in Mong Kok.
