真係做it又唔係好耐, 5年到,
之前好什, 做個mobile, 劃autocad都做過

IT is Insemination Technician

Assembler or raw Binary ?

Ever tried writing raw Binery code and inputing it using switches ?

Put me off hardware so I am strictly software person; come to think of it I am
just a paper person now; have not written a decent piece of program for years.

You mean  an Old man( or woman)!  Mentally I am very young!
I still have my "A" level project program stored on paper tape someone in my UK flat.
Come to think of the paper tape is more reliable then magnetic media esp in HK.
Even CDRom coating gets damaged if not store probably.

Are you into designing Networks and PABXs .
Engineers design and Techicians installed them.

"IT is Insemination Technician"
是人工授精技術員  get it !  SMILE!!

Of course IT stands for Information Technology; Alas Computer Science etc!
The term Engineer is often misused esp in HK.  To be called an Engineer in IT world needs CEng or at least IEng. (Chartered Engineer, Incorporated Engineer)
I personally do not qualify for either of those qualifications hence I joke about   "IT is Insemination Technician"
