Who has this gun? This is a S.I.G. Pro 2022 produced by SIG Sauer (Americans like to pronounce it as Sig, but it's really named S I G Sauer - Schweizerische Industrie Gesellschaft). Excellent polymer frame pistol. Why polymer frame? Now a day, plastic can withstand heat much better than years past, and it saves a lot of weight. This 2022 model stands out among other polymer frame models mainly because it's considered very accurate and reliable by many shooters. I personally love the way how it has a short recoil system, meaning less kick after each firing. Also, this gun is perfect for those who have smaller hands, as it comes with a small grip. However, shooters can change the grip (comes with another bigger grip) if wider ones are desired. I was torn between this and a Beretta PX4 Storm, which is also an excellent, and BEAUTIFUL polymer frame pistol.

The PX4 Storm utilizes a rather unique system called "rotating barrel"... it helps minimize the recoil and lower the risk of jamming.

Again, both are excellent polymer frame pistols, however, I personally found the SIG Pro 2022 is just a bit more accurate and easier to shoot for me. Does anyone have any experience with these 2 guns that you want to share?

Haven't handle any 2022 so couldn't give real comment however it looks much better than the awful PX4.

For SIG pistol I prefer P226 or P228. If talking about pistol with polymer receiver, then Austrian Glock will be my only choice.

I have tried the Glock, but didn't like the recoil.  What did you not like about the PX4 Storm?  Just curious.

The SIG 226 is the Navy SEAL's top choice.  My friend has one and I shot it before.  Didn't like it much because the grip was too wide for my liking, and I prefer polymer frame over steel.

no... I think they use either the Glock 17, 19, or SIG P250. The SIG P250 is similar to the SP2022, but it's designed to be used by both left and right hand shooters (ambidextrous). And the main difference between the P250 and SP2022 is that the P250 is a DAO (double action only) gun- no hammer.

These SIG and Beretta are real guns.

For CO2 guns, I have two, and my favorite one is the Umarex HK P30 (shoots pellets). It's quite powerful.

From 10 feet away, I can shoot through 140 pages of a phone book. The other one is a WinGun Colt Defender (shoots bb balls).
I know Umarex also have a line of 左輪... they're about $200 USD.

Umarex's CO2 guns are great in that many of them are made in Germany, and the Germans know their weapons.

C-hing, firearms is just like pretty girls, 人人觀點唔同，各花入各眼啦.

As mentioned in my previous reply, I tried 8000 before but don't like the looking/feeling and recoil of it. PX4 is similar to it so, no not my cup of tea.

I have compared & shoot several 9mm pistol side by side, CZ-75, SIG P226 and Glock 17.
Glock 17 gives me a most soft recoil impulse feeling as well as it's low muzzle flip, second to it is my other trusty partner, SIG P226 and CZ75 is in third place only.

If talking about the captioned Italian brand pistol, Elite IA is the only Beretta I like, in fact it took me a while to choose either a SIG 226 or Elite IA several years ago.

The person who was responsible for the design of Steyr M-A1 is the head of Caracal, which in my opinion is also a great firearm. Unfortunately for me, both Steyr and Caracal cannot be sold here where I reside.

As for the PX4 - it is very similar to Glock or XD - plastic frame (at least the grip) and metal slide.

Shot it a few times, but I like my Glock 34 and my old, old 92FS better...
