Actually i'm looking for am or m post, I have 3 year exp in am. 1.5year per job exp that give me 3 years.
i wouldn't leave both of the company if they would promote me... but none of them did, i have bad luck when it come to promotion.
the first job owner was an 60 years old man who doesn't like smoker... and it took 5 years to promote a guy from am to m... and it was my first job so fuck it.
the second job environment is great, buy company merged & budget cut... so fuck it.
i need to pay rent and shit, I'm not greedy! i just want my pay to be fair.

如果你有3年AM EXP, i suggest you may try to apply for M position. seens it will hv around 13-15k which also depend on wt field and company you choose. no worry, you still young(i guess).

believe it or not, actually I'm working in a toy factory with position M & salary is 14K...
my previous job is 10k + 5days + 14day AL and now 14k 5.5day (alt sat) + 7 days AL...
and i totally think it's worth it... because i can always jump to some foreigner company and ask for more with better benefit... so i just need to hold tight for the next 2 years i guess.
and i don't consider myself as young... I'm 27 & I'm hoping I could start my own shit in the next 5 years.
