我最係，社署至今仍未有檢控呢間安老院。
係唔係安老院員工咁對老人家，沒有違反＜安老院條例＞先？

It is lucky that my mother did not suffered in such situation.  She left us and went to heaven years ago.

However, if she were my mom.  Emotionally, I will do the same to the maid immediately in front of my mom. and move out my mother from the hell.

And my official answer is moving her out of the hell immediately and calling the police and rise litigation against the home of elderly, and the maid.

Working and running a home of elderly must use our heart since most of the elderly is weak.  Caring must come from hearts.

Hoping it not to be happened again is not realistic.  Just hope that it will not happened to me if i have to be taken care by others.

社署發言人稱，如發現院舍有包括虐老的違規情況，牌照處會發出勸喻或警告，若欠缺改善，會根據《安老院條例》提出檢控。
