I visited Rio NC in around April when it first opened.  Not bad.  I like it.  I had 2 qwei-mui for full clock and overnight, and was very expensive.   But for me it was value for money.

Tried Rio NC once.  Quantity & quality of girls there are ok la.  The hotel room is very big but only one set of soap/shampoo (very small portion) and no complimentary bottled water.  It's quite expensive for standard service law.  Bottom line: ok to try if you have $.

I went there 3 times 2 months ago, $850 tea dance ticket ( one 1 get 1 free if buy the ticket before 6:00pm, enter NC before 9:00 pm ) includes ferry tickets already.

Extra $1000 for 1 shot so it would be around $1500 / head.

Girl quality -- need to spend some time to pick the nice chick, got some pork chops too.
