oposite komtar there is a karaoke name nite shanghai,u can find a head there name kuala,he can bring u chinese gals,but not local i think..
at oposite KDU at jalan anson, got a karaoke place for old ppl,but i think they are free gals,they only target western ppl..so it is quite difficult to find,but i met a gal once,offering rm200 ( too expensive for me for that quality )
berjaya hotel SPA, got gals, often go there coz gals renewing quite often,but it was 2 years ago la,now duno liao..
new city pub at anson, comfirm got gals, and it is ALOT..but i heard closed ad,not sure la...
