Yes, the picture is really shocking when I first saw it from a magazine.
The picture was taken by African photojournalist Kevin Carter of the little girl in Sudan. We can hardly recognize from the picture that she is just a little girl.
Kevin's another shocking picture is regarding a starving Sudanese child being stalked by a vulture.
