Well, I am not sure what brand is avail in Hong Kong.  So, you will need to do some research on it.

But from experience, don't buy online.  You really need to try it out and get a feel of the bike before you buy it.  Brand is secondary (and honestly, absolutely not important).  You need to watch for how easy to adjust it.  How much maint you need to do on it...  Weight, material, etc.
$15K Hong Kong dollar is a entry level bike.  But you can actually pick pretty decent one with it.  Again, cost and brand are really not a big deal.  It is how it perform and how you like it.

Also, if you gonna buy an expensive bike like that, be prepare someone will try to steal it.  Funny story, a friend of mine got his bike stolen on the street.  Next day, he saw the same bike on sale on Craig List.  He called the police and they contacted the seller and arrested the thief/seller.

軟架 (前後避震) 定硬架 (前避震)？
軟架就無乜選擇，但可以揀D早幾年舊款車玩下，飛球係 cannondale 代理，佢D舊款斷碼貨尾有時會做特價，印象中兩皮樓下軟架都有一兩款，大牌子品質有保證，我自己三架車都係C記，最舊果架已經踏咗16年

踩香港馬路點解唔買 road bike?
如果用 mountain bike 就梗係買硬架啦, 一來輕身 d, 二來踩馬路個尾避震邊用得著....
雖然 road bike 一定會比 mountain bike 輕鬆好多, 不過 mountain bike 有一點比 road bike 優勝, 過渠蓋, 石膊都唔駛驚~

車身重幾磅, 條 tire 粗半吋當 training~

It take most people a few years to find their riding styles or preferences.

I bought 2 MTB (1 carbon 1 tit), 2 road bikes (1 carbon 1 tit), 1 hybrid alu road bike and 1 recumbent before I realize I am a roadie. Now I do 90% of my riding in my tit road bike. The other bikes are mostly sitting there to collect dust.
