I want to make the "格仔餅" at hotel such as Macro Polo Hotel before.\\

Macro Polo Hotel cancel it now.

If you are talking about waffle, I tried the lunch buffet at Harbour Grand Cafe (Harbour Grand Hotel Hong Kong at North Point) today and they served waffle. They also serve Movenpick ice cream that is my favorite.

I want to go, I haven't.

Not crowded as other buffet when I went there, so very cozy.
Got salad bar, but not a big one.
Has sashimi bar, chef prepare for you, not self serve, but sushi bar is self serve.
Seafood bar good, lots of oyster, crab legs, shrimps, and mussels (maybe due to not fully booked)
Hot plate not bad, typical Chinese food also with siumei, congee, and even 水煮田雞!
Has prime ribs, very well cooked.
Has noodle bar, typical one.
Dessert so so, has waffle, souffle, and Movenpick ice cream.

I cannot try all the food, but the food I choose are good, I think.

For me, I'm happy with it, although it is not as good as Mira or Marriott in terms of food, but not much people makes it good, the people we met were polite, making any queue (if any) also enjoyable.

Didn't tried the Kowloon side, but for the food it is not as good as Shangrila at Admiralty, at least it didn't serve the lobster like Shangrila and the oyster is not opened in front of you.

Yes
I suggest that buffet as u said u want waffle, but if it is not a must, there are always some other buffet better that that, for sure.
