I think your grey hair is due to work pressure, not audit work, and there can be work pressure in  ...

but when i was worked at a local firm audit no write hair, but after 1 year listed co audited, and always overnight
many problem come out

If the client refuses to give the necessary information ( requested in audit program), it is the duty of the manager to talk to the client, not the staff
