Buy a local Australian Chinese dairy newspaper in Sydney and look at the classifies, then ring and find out the price, address and girls. They speak mainly Mandarin, but you can find Korean, Jap there. make sure you insist genuine Korean and Jap, otherwise you end up with a mainlander.

If you are visiting Melbourne, these are the 3 places you cannot miss for kimchi:
1 39 Tope Street
2 43 Tope Street
3 59 York Street
All in South Melbourne and they are just almost next to each other.
No need to waste time going anywhere.
