If I am correct, the salary scheme is mainly for SME segment. For larger enterprise, the pay can be much more higher, up to double, for the whole scheme, based on a same working experience. Anyway it is still good to see the pay is acceptable.

For larger enterprise salary pay, if in small firm, can't have this salary pay. So many IT people change jobs.

For larger corp., when economy goes bad, they will lay you off.
If in small firm, they will also lay you off but in a slower pace.
So once and for all, many IT people change their career.

also No overtime pay, usually working hours from 9am to 9pm. on call 24 hours for support system..

Same here la.
2 year-job is now targeted to be finished in 3 man-months.

PS: please note that the previous 2 year-job was divided into a number of IT professionals.

好似小弟面前既一壇嘢,
係user覺得好易,
所以唔駛俾咁多時間developer.

PS:唔單止咁,
正因為user覺得好易,
咩嘢都唔同你講,
requirement analysis 只係the scratch of the surface...
