但係D人死都要去呢間,仲有乜好講

明白呢啲場面可能好混亂、一個經理幫你mark左904，而可能另一個經理已經 ...

It is possible that more than 1 manager called the same girl at the same time, but these happened everyday in SN (I once see 3 people call the same girl at Sanado, while I am still thinking should I call that girl).  The managers should be very experienced in:

1) know that more than one customer called the girl
2) decide who should have that girl first in a fair manner
3) make sure the one that cannot have the girl won't feel bad

But this is 18, so what can you expect....

If you are a sauna girl, do you want to serve a high roller mainlander or hong konger? One 18 model told me she spent a night with a mainlander, the mainlander said to her "my wallet is over the table, take whatever you like".

I would say this is the management of 18 issue but not the service attitude of SN gal...if the management really focus on training of service then no matter how the gal think about their client then their are limited guarantee at least...18 gals turnover is big thus some gals do 7 days deal only, therefore they won't care about the service to client to keep return guest...but why this seldom happened to other SN? They also have 7 days deal gals, why those gals at least provide basic service? This is about management definitely...

Other SN probably can't really provide training to new gals but I believe a briefing session is a must for the procedures of service, I make an ecpxample of sanado, there are A , B, C package of service to let client to select, then manager must brief new gals about the procedure when they arrived before service guest...even the 6 steps game, new gals mostly need to wait for a week to join it, they must stand aside to observe how experienced gals play game with client to be familiar...

Last not least, can you tell me how many gals can meet those big fish like you stated? For sure will be some but the percentage is rare...I still would say, service is the best way to get return guest for either the SN company or working gals...

其實睇返其他報告都估到一二
1.女多,客人仲多
2.樓下成個地盤咁
3.價錢偏貴 (埋單21XX,如果MODEL比我揀到好似就24XX....果度係咪收加1?)
4.服務只算普通
5.揀女真係要好快手 (我已經係第1個MAKR走靚女的人,但....... = =)

unfortunately, the managers are dump, no one do it like what you talk about

Unfortunately, we have to say that we need to accept the fact that we from the weak SAR can't compete with those from the strong country.  Put yourself in the seat of the 18 mgmt, what will you do?

You want to take customer like us (low revenue, demanding, no extra "income") or strong country?  The rich strong country people is an attractive point for them to get more girls.  Yes the chance may be low, but higher then winning Mark 6, and there are so many people buying Mark 6.  Those girls are looking for these chances.  How many Mr. Bond exist in SNs like Sanado?

Brother  阿力達, mainlanders go to Macau to gamble, not for ktv/sauna, so their demand for services are not high, unlike the hong konger who purchased 套票 wanted for services. Management and girls both know this, and since most of the customers going to 18 sauna are mainlanders, why 18 and the girls need to provide good services?
