Qr Lafite with 7-Up. Gwai-Lo laughed at Mainlanders for doing this, but you know before the 2008 crash, in nightclubs in London, people were mixing Cristal with Red Bull.
Just think of the days when shark fin soup was mixed with rice.
I think I have said enough and I really don't want to offend: it is OK to try esoteric/exotic wine/food matchings. But do think about the rationale/logic behind it; otherwise you become one of those.
