Not only 研發部門.  They got the rights to sell Oppo brand cuz they paid for the name.  That made me believe some top Oppos are theirs but most likely made in China...just my 2 cents.  Oppo China don't own them.  The name of this American based company is OPPO Digital Inc., not Oppo electronics as the one in China.
