i know about this one, firstly it is the best Prep right now.
however 1) only avoidable in USA 2) extremely expensive out of the pocket 3) 1 shot every 2 months meaning you have to stay in USA and cannot go else where for long term vacation

the best alternative is still india-made or Thailand-made Truvada, less than 1USD/day
