It kinda depends on each person about want to get a good girl for massage lol.  

I tried a girl called Yochi which is quite good for me.  She is bit thick though, not fat but thick in my opinion and that's quite nice when she's doing b2b with gel on me, i kinda enjoy it.

And i would recommend you to ask the Mamasan to suggest to you, and you can give her 100-200 tips in advance for suggestion.  And when you get the girl in the room tell the girl you will tip more if she do well.  That will make the girl works harder (no guarantee but better than saying nothing first)
