I normally avoid Fri/Sat which will be crowded.  Between Mon-Thu, seems really random.  Best to arrive around 6:00-7:00pm.  After you finish bath, dinner, 師傳工, game, it is probably around 8:00-9:00pm and most girls should already arrived but the SN is not yet very crowded, and not too difficult to pick the girl you want.

18 is SN, different from D1 and D2 (浴室).  You spend much longer time in SN (typically 4-5 hours) and relax, while all you do in 浴室 is just the main work (fast food).  Another difference is you only have 60 mintues with the girl in SN but 浴室 is 90 mintues.

I don't recommend 18 for newbies because if you face with so many girls (at least 50) and then need to pick one within a few mintues (you are also competing with about 20-30 customers), that's lots of pressure and may easily make mistakes (e.g. too late in picking those you want)
