云南山珍全菌任食餐

"山間靈香", I really love the name of this restaurant

成曰聽人講山珍海味，山珍就泛指菌類。而之前到云南，那裡最出名是菌類。

而可供人食用的菌類，更是多不勝數（看下圖，一般刀起碼超過十五種）, 各種菌類，也帶有不同的食療價值（ 見以下圖的注解）。

但是，不要以為隻隻刀貴價，其實食菌類，平至雞枇菇，貴至松茸，風儉 由人！

之前到云南，第一天，就是全菌任食餐，只要食得落，嗰d 穿起傳統云南山地裝的服務員，會無限量供應。

D 菇是非常新鮮，簡直可以用肥美來形容，但.......，美中不足，個湯府用來灼菇，比較多味精，如果，可以用普通的清雞湯，d 菇便會更加巧。

食完菇後，仲有d 面餅、饅頭、豆沙大餅等，給我們噌加一些澱粉質，令大家肚子有一些充實、實在的感覺！

"山間靈香", what a lovely name! indeed, mushrooms are my favourite food, and during hiking, saw one or two types you showed here! understand that in Shanghai, there is a company that cultivates different kinds of mushrooms, and not sure if mushrooms you ate at the restaurants were cultivated, or wild!
味精湯 really spoilt the original flavors of the mushrooms!
