有冇聽過呢間公司係先收到客既貨款, 先 pay 俾你
所以放數果個係工廠本身, 佢地除左口上皮費之外, cost 好低
當然佢地收客既 commission 都她低, 幾個 % 左右

記唔記得 08 年時利豐有美國同德國客執左
結果損失最大咪係佢 d 供應商 - 即係班廠佬

其實, even 美國這樣發達的國家都有trading;
trading 只有服務更好, 提供一些附加值, 相似仍有得做;

The traditional trading is no room to survive now.

When the market information is so limited, when buyer don't know where to buy and seller don't where to sell: trader can get the profit when they have the buyers & sellers connection.

Now, using the internet and various trading web sites, the supply & demand sources are transparent, even the prices are transparent.

The trading industry has to change....

Now in HK, good trading companies must have VALUES ADDED to the transactions.
e.g. design of the product, help the buyers to control the QC, etc.

好多客都系做开了条线，所以不会轻易改变。

我又分享一下我的訊息。我個friend本來在90年初做trading起家，專做歐洲客，後來學人在大陸搞埋厰，做埋上游。點知98年后，經濟逆轉，又被D細客拖數，搞到資金流不足。他計下條數，終于將間厰平平地賣左被D員工，專注做番trading。不過，他又醒喔，識得重新將客戶定位，將D細客飛曬，留住幾個大戶口。然後還是做埋Design，搵厰做OEM，終于被他綁住幾個大客。然後，他又逐步伸手入歐洲市場，仲透過中間人買左幾個不太出名的歐洲牌子，然後買自己D產品，等於做埋Branding。
一手做value added trading，一手sell自己品牌。總算企得幾穩。

自己控制一個牌子加上又有辦法控制生產, 呢 d 咪 vertical integration 垂直整合

90年頭起家，嗰陣時大把世界，亦有水位，
到而家都算系上左岸，先至有本錢買品牌。

而且歐洲品牌相對細，買得起。
美國就好難了。

Totally agreed !
In additional to the guys in USA are poor, and lots of them even buy from 淘寶.
Besides, many US companies are targeted 義烏 as the best choice due to the best prices.
The deliverable quality of HK factories have dropped much and no longer satisfied the customers. Thus, the market only focus at $$$. This thanks to the fxxking bosses of HK factories. (concluded thru studies over 200 factories in past decade !)

香港trading賣0既係服務,  直接入大陸做要0既係平價,  今時今日香港只能夠兜返果d入過大陸但跟唔掂0既客.

兩星期前我去義烏附近地區, 聽當地 d 廠佬講, 義烏開始轉型做貿易, 生產轉去週邊地區
