剛剛看到一個大陸的招聘廣告

职位：WEB前端应用开发工程师
要求：
1.        精通JAVASCRIPT、CSS；
2.        熟悉HTML/HTML5/XML/JSON，熟练WEB应用的前端开发应用；
3.        具有解决不同浏览器兼容性问题的经验；
4.        熟悉HTTP协议；
5.        有Android、IOS平台开发经验或J2EE开发经验者优先；


职位：PHP开发工程师
要求：

1. 精通PHP，具备两年以上相关系统的开发经验；
2. 熟悉MVC模式，熟练应用CodeIgniter或SMARTY开发框架，
3. 熟悉 DIV+CSS，JS，Ajax，jQuery等脚本语言或开发框架；
4. 熟悉SQL Server，熟练TSQL编程
5. 善于沟通，具备团队合作精神；
6. 具备J2EE开发经验或C、C++等语言项目开发经验者优先
7. 具有支付相关领域开发经验者优先


薪金：6000-12000元

不過上面所列職位空缺，差唔多系要top top programmer
先有齊條件，
咁樣講，6k~12k 都唔算貴

IT Manager-around 45K-50K / Sr. System Support-around 23K

Responsibilities:
Day to day IT operation, IT infrastructure management and supervision of local IT teams in China, HK, Indonesia and Bangladesh.
IT security management and SOP documentation to support IT services.
SAN & VM / Hyper-V Cluster server farms setup, configuration, maintenance and performance tuning.
Global WAN administration and monitor.
Management to outsource IT service



Requirements:
Degree or High Diploma Holder in Computer Science with at least 12 years work experience, with at least 8 years management experience in Multinational environment.
Hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, infrastructure and network in both hardware and software, windows server, CISCO device, daily maintenance and IT security.
Holder of MCP / MCNE / CCNA / ITIL is a plus.
Solid experience in Wintel server administration (AD2000, AD2008, DHCP, WSUS, Exchange2010).
Hands on experience with MPLS VPN, LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP.
Hands on experience in SAN and VM / Hyper-V Cluster environment.
Experience with AD2000 – AD2008 migration is a plus
Experience with Exchange 2010 migration is a plus.
Excellent knowledge and experience in IT security, production system control and discipline enforcement.
Experience in management of multi-site environment.
Good command of both English and Putonghua
Station in Dongguan is required

Candidates with less experience or qualifications may be considered for the position of Senior IT Support Officer (Station in HK)

大陸嘅人工同物價, 係呢兩三年升得好緊要, IT 業就更犀利

ABAP skill set is quite valuable that's why it's able to be 22k.
I think the entry level as junnior program is normally below 18k that depends on the personal smart and skills.
In mainland, your cost quoting is only for Junior position, theirs Senior position all over 22k already. but not all of them could arrive this level.

What about India? Any idea if the prgrammers there are good?
It seems thst there are more US software houses moving to India  than China.

India programmers are still very cheap, cheaper then Chinese except those inside MNC corps from US
I think because their english are all very good at least in written, and they are very respect US and intelligence properties which is no respect from mainland.
On my point of view, if mainland can control the IP really, hong kong IT will not be that hardship

Not only programming, but also some other services.

Once I call the CS of a big US firm ( you know those 800 numbers)
and the phone was actually transfered to india. Also email
replies in odd hours, which I finally figured out that they are
not from USA but India.
