Yeah! Big win for us (Lakers) today @ San Antonio! And thanks for Z-Bo's buzzer beater, the Mavs are only ONE game ahead of the Lakers for the #2 seed; and we are playing them in Dallas on Saturday!
The way the Bulls are playing now, as well as earlier without both Boozer and Noah; and winning big games on a regular basis with the #2 seed in the east, I'd say D-Rose is likely winning the MVP this year! I would be pretty surprised if he doesn't win it this year!
I think so but this year I not very confidence for Lakers to win the champion...because Sprus and Celties are playing very well.....and also Mavs and THunder.........Which made them not easy to win....
The playoffs are about match ups. More times than not a seemingly good regular season team could play terribly in the playoffs due to poor match-ups. In this case, I think we match up well against both the Mavs and the Thunder. If any team in the west I am concerned at all, that would be the Spurs; yet I like our chances in a 7-game series. Again, as long as we have home court, we should be able to handle both the Mavs and the Thunder, and we will just have to play harder and tougher against the Spurs!

And the Lakers game is @ Miami. One thing is for sure, this will be a very tough game for us, and hopefully both Gasol and Bynum will kill the Heat down low, and Kobe will be himself.
We will see... honestly, the next game is a "trap game", meaning it will be an easy game for the Lakers to lose after winning 8 in a row seemingly effortless. One thing is for sure, the Heat have a ton of internal problems now (eg Bosh is complaining about not getting enough shot attempts, while D-Wade shot back via reporters that he and LBJ won't back off in taking shots); so as long as execute the game plan (attack the basket down low and go for ALL rebounds, while not letting either Bibby, Miller or House open) we should be fine.

However，nearly all Western Conference teams (except the bottom two) are still fighting the playoff seat！
# 1 - 4 seeds out west are pretty much settled, but the #5 - 8 can change at anytime. In fact, the Jazz could miss the playoffs and the Suns could somehow get in, we will see. One thing is for sure, a team has to be at least a few games better than .500 in the west to make the playoffs, unlike in the east.
That's the NBA theory that any team in Eastern Conference achieving 0.5 pct will get the playoff ticket！But Western Conference is another story...
That not only indicate that the competition in Western Conference is keen，but also indicate Western Conference always take the advantages when meeting East。
However，as more and more "star" is moving to East，that situation will be changed in one or two seasons！
