Do you mean 32 days from one billing date to another or they bill 32 days every month?

Most credit card companies calculate interest from one billing date to another based on actual number of days, it can be 28 days to 33 days depends on the billing day whether it falls on a holiday or not.

How they rip us off is, say your balance outstanding is $2,000 and you have repaid $500 during the month, they will ding you interest say 18% for the full $2,000 not $1,500.

It only applies to certain credit card companies... not everyone, if not mistaken, citi doesn't

could you provide some evident for discussion?  Acutally if the interest rate is still within the cap of the HK monetary association, they are still legal to bill and collect...
