信用卡利息

我Dec2011發現銀行一個月收我32日信用卡利息,查詢銀行,銀行Jan2012先回覆正常!
Feb2012我再到銀行投訴,投訴中心有客戶主任話可以安排退回給我,Mar2012銀行書面回覆是收了我32日利息,但沒退錢!
Apr2012銀行再收了我32日利息,我再向銀行投訴熱線,門市及客戶部投訴.銀行投訴熱線及客戶部都說四月底回覆我!
但到現在沒有下文~

銀行解釋是電腦計算,我要求列出計算方式,銀行就話唔比,我一級一級投訴上去才說四月底覆我,但未有下文~

For credit card system, the interest of n-1th statement becomes the principal of nth statement.  so it is not wise to have just complain to the bank.  There are so many interest buckets in a credit card systems..not sure if you still use this card for other retail purchase.  If so, you need to (or bank should) reverse / pay back all the interest, usually not just equal to the statement amount, but need to pay at least 10 t o 15% extra of it...because the interest is calculate and accumulated every day.  the later you pay, the more you need to pay later..

在這事件上,本人已經確實收到銀行書面回覆有在一個月收取我32日利息,是32日,不關有沒有使用的事情,銀行回覆本年有已經有2次,上年有一次,而且想給我一些禮券便想完結此事!
各CHING 想一想,如果銀行沒錯會送禮券給你?

銀行方面,已經在3月給我一個檔案號碼及一個部門經理專門跟進,打hotline都只會找這個專人回覆!
